I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We do our best to ship the items as soon as possible. Ordered before 23:59, shipped the same day.

I am not happy with my order, can it be returned? What if there's a problem?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 14 days to return the product for a full refund. You must return it at your own cost, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include all name and order number on the returned packages.
Please note: If your package is in transit, you will need to wait for it to arrive and return it before you receive a refund.

Can i cancel my order?
You can cancel your order free of charge! You must cancel your order before it is shipped. If the item has already been shipped, use our easy returns system to get a full refund.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
If you misspelled or auto-filled an address, simply reply to the order confirmation email. Once you have verified that the address provided is incorrect, please let us know via email at info@quickdays.nl. We will then do our utmost to change the address.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the period and carrier. Normally a package is delivered within 24 hours.
